OUR PROGRAMS
Kickboxing Classes
Our Kickboxing class is safe, fast paced and most of all enjoyable. We work at your level; gently pushing you to be better than you were at the start of each class.
Sessions start with a warm up, then footwork and striking drills focusing on the fundamentals. We use pads to practice different strike combinations with speed, power and accuracy.
All classes ends with a full body workout (bodyweight or kettlebells) to help alleviate stress and increase overall strength and conditioning.
Krav Maga - Self-Defense
Krav Maga is a simple, effective form of self-defense. It uses as few techniques as possible that can be applied to different situations. This decreases the learning curve and allows you to be more effective sooner.
A typical class starts with a warm up, then moves on to striking or ground training, self-defense techniques and stress drills.
Finally we finish with a full body kettlebody workout or bodyweight workout depending on your fitness level.
