Coaches
Mitch Skovmose
A seasoned coach and athlete, Mitch Skovmose is no stranger to fitness or self-defense. He has competed in amateur Boxing, Kickboxing, Sport and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu over a span of 30 years.
In 2007, he was took home the silver medal as part of the Canadian team in the Channel Islands, Jersey worlds Jiu Jutsu tournament. He was also awarded the title of Most Technical Fighter by the World Council of Ju-Jitsu Organisations (WCJJO) . He holds the following belts:
Black Belt in Canadian Jiu Jitsu
Black Belt in Krav Maga
Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
